Robert Plummer is running for the Clark County School Board with a clear mission: to enhance education for all children, including his grandchildren and yours. Rooted in his values of faith, family, and community service, Robert brings a unique perspective to his approach, characterized by keen observation and proactive intervention.

As a 50-year resident of Las Vegas and a devoted family man, Robert's ties to our community run deep. His extensive experience as a Police captain is marked by his dedication to serving others. Notably, he co-founded the Bolden Little League, ensuring every child had the opportunity to play regardless of financial constraints. This initiative later expanded into the Bolden Lions Football Club, facilitating scholarships for numerous young athletes. Robert's commitment to education is further evident in his involvement with the Las Vegas Police Manager's Association, which provided scholarships for officers' children.

Raised by hardworking parents who sought better opportunities in Nevada, Robert understands the value of education firsthand. His illustrious 30-year career in law enforcement, spanning from patrol to serving as the Police Chief in Napa, California, reflects his unwavering dedication to public service. Even after retiring, Robert's passion for community safety led him to establish his own consulting business, specializing in human trafficking, police leadership training, and de-escalation techniques, further demonstrating his commitment to serving others.

In addition to his professional achievements, Robert holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, solidifying his expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert finds solace in nature through hunting, fishing, and golfing, cherishing the beauty of Nevada's great outdoors. With his multifaceted background and unwavering commitment to our children's future, Robert Plummer is poised to make a meaningful impact on the Clark County School Board.
